* Kindly provide 2 (two) contact numbers (in case they do not answer unknown calls) as we need to call your precious lady before delivery. Our delivery time on 11 and 12 May is from 9.00am to 5.30pm and we cannot guarantee a specific time as it will be a busy period.
* For any changes on the flower or wrapping paper, we will notify you through WhatsApp. We reserve the rights to amend/change the wrapping, flower type or color to the same value or higher. We appreciate your understanding during this peak period. Thank you.
* Take note that we will have the right to change the wrapping paper to similar tone and flowers to another color if the one in picture has run out during your purchase.
We will try to contact you via email and WhatsApp if there is any major changes, so please provide your contact number. If you did not response within 2 hours (same day order delivery) after we reach out to you, we will proceed to make the changes so that we can deliver your gift on time.
* We will do delivery from 8.30am to 6.00pm this Valentine's Day. We cannot guarantee a specific time due to any unforeseen reason such as too much orders on that specific day, receiver did not pick up our call or receiver wants to receive the flower at a different time or location from what you have proposed.
